Do The Crawl and dothecrawl.com are the same legal entity and are used on this website interchangeably to mean the same company.

Tickets Prize Wheels

(Any prize wheel that exclusively awards free tickets and discounts to our tickets for Do The Crawl events)

  • Only one (1) ticket and/or discount will be awarded per individual with their legal name matching a valid, state-issued ID and a valid email email address, entered into the entry form/prize wheel.
  • Must be 21 or older to participate and provide a valid, state-issued ID at the event.
  • Free tickets are only available for the next upcoming events hosted by Do The Crawl, posted on the dothecrawl.com website, up to the day before the event. Sold out events are not available.
  • Valid tickets will be issued electronically via Eventbrite or Shopify, at Do The Crawl’s discretion, using the email address provided on the contest wheel entry, within 72 hours of validating entry.
  • Odds of winning: 90% chance to win any prize (90/100 spins/entries). For every 90 out of 100 spins/entries: 36% chance to win 10% off tickets, 33% chance to win 15% off tickets, 30% chance to win 20% off tickets, 1% chance to win a free ticket.
  • Do The Crawl is not responsible for any malfunction of the Ticket Prize Wheel.
  • Any attempt a participant makes to cheat on the Ticket Prize Wheel voids entry.

Event Prize Wheels

(Any prize wheel played during a Do The Crawl event that includes gift cards, free tickets, and coupons that is not unlocked by earning GPS location-specific digital charms first.)

No purchase required: This Event Prize Wheel is publicly accessible at https://dothecrawl.com/pub-crawl-prize-wheel/. An eligible person may participate without purchasing an event ticket or using Express Check-In, provided the person is within one mile of the first recommended stop for an eligible event city, has internet access and location services enabled, and meets the age, timing, and other requirements below.

  • Only one (1) prize awarded per entry, per event.
  • Must be 21 or older to participate and provide a valid, state-issued ID at the event.
  • Free tickets are only available for the next upcoming events hosted by Do The Crawl, posted on the dothecrawl.com website, up to the day before the event. Sold out events are not available.
  • All prizes will be awarded within 7 business days after the end of the event.
  • All prizes are only issued electronically, through the email address provided on the contest wheel entry.
  • Must be physically present in the eligible event area to play and/or win with a compatible internet-enabled device with location services enabled. No ticket purchase or Express Check-In is required to access the Event Prize Wheel.
  • Event Prize Wheels are only available to play from 4:00 PM to 9 PM (Local Time), the date of the event. (Event dates are posted on the dothecrawl.com website.)
  • Odds of winning: The odds of winning increase each hour to ensure fair distribution of prizes as more cities in different time zones gain access to the prize wheel. From 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time), the chance of winning is 70%. From 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM PST, the chance increases to 80%. From 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM PST, the chance rises to 90%. From 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM PST, the chance of winning reaches 95%. For every winning spin, up to the quantity of available prizes, there is a 50% chance to win a free ticket, a 20% chance to win a $5 Amazon e-gift card, a 20% chance to win a $10 Amazon e-gift card, and a 10% chance to win a $20 Amazon e-gift card.
  • Quantity of available prizes per date of event: Twenty (20) free tickets, ten (10) $5 Amazon e-gift cards, five (5) $10 Amazon e-gift cards, five (5) $20 Amazon e-gift cards.

Unclaimed or unvalidated prizes may be forfeited at Do The Crawl’s discretion, subject to applicable law. Once issued, Amazon e-gift cards are governed by Amazon’s applicable redemption terms.
  • Any attempt a participant makes to cheat on the Event Prize Wheel voids entry.

Free entry to the Event Prize Wheel: No ticket purchase or Express Check-In is necessary. On the date of an eligible event, visit https://dothecrawl.com/pub-crawl-prize-wheel/ using an internet-enabled device with location services enabled while physically within a one-mile radius of the first recommended location listed on that city’s event map. Entrants must be age 21 or older and satisfy the applicable wheel-entry and prize-validation requirements above. The wheel is accessible during its published operating hours, and the link remains the same from event to event.

Bonus Event Prize Wheels

(Any prize wheel played during a Do The Crawl event that includes gift cards, free tickets, and coupons and may be unlocked through GPS location-specific digital charms. A free direct-entry option is also available under the same geographic and time restrictions.)

Free entry to the Bonus Event Prize Wheel: No ticket purchase, Express Check-In, or collection of digital charms is required when using the free-entry link immediately below. Eligible entrants must be age 21 or older, have a compatible internet-enabled device with location services enabled, and be physically within a one-mile radius of the first recommended location for an eligible event city. The wheel is available only from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time (PST/PDT, as applicable) on an eligible event date. The same wheel, prize opportunities, odds, limits, and verification requirements apply whether access is obtained by collecting four digital charms or through this free-entry link.

Each charm is awarded based on the qualifying area configured for that location and the device’s reported position; GPS accuracy may vary. Alternatively, use the free direct-entry link above without collecting charms or buying a ticket. Either way, the participant must be within a one-mile radius of the first recommended stop to access the Bonus Event Prize Wheel.

City Competition Contests (“Shout Out”)

  • Must be 21 or older to participate and provide a valid, state-issued ID at the event.
  • If a discount code is offered, it will be made available within 1 business day after the end of the event and will be redeemable for the next eligible Do The Crawl event for 48 hours after issuance, subject to the applicable ticketing platform and any restrictions announced with the contest.
  • Do The Crawl is not responsible for interruptions or malfunctions of third-party ticketing or payment platforms beyond its control. This does not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

  • Entries are evaluated by Do The Crawl according to the judging criteria or selection method announced for the specific contest, including submission validity, quality, and/or votes where applicable.

Costume or Best Dressed Contests

  • Only one (1) prize will be awarded per individual with their legal name matching a valid, state-issued ID and a valid email address, replied back to dothecrawl.com, through the method stated in the contest announcement, including Facebook Messenger where applicable, on Facebook (via our official account at https://www.facebook.com/dothecrawl).
  • Must be 21 or older to participate and provide a valid, state-issued ID at the event.
  • All prizes will be awarded within 7 business days after the end of the event.
  • Gift cards are issued electronically via Amazon.com and are only good for merchandise sold on Amazon.com

Time-zone interpretation: Any reference in these rules to “PST” means Pacific Time and includes Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) during periods when daylight saving time is in effect. Time windows expressed as “local time” refer to the local time zone of the applicable event city.

Prize-wheel probabilities: The published odds describe the wheel’s configured chance of winning and initial relative prize-slice probabilities, subject to the published limits. When the available quantity of an individual prize is exhausted, that prize is no longer eligible for selection; the relative probabilities of the remaining available prizes may therefore change. Prizes are subject to their stated availability and quantity limits.

Disclaimers for all dothecrawl.com events

Self-guided experience. Do The Crawl events are self-guided digital experiences, not guided tours. A ticket provides access to the features described for the purchased event; it does not include drinks, food, transportation, or admission/cover charges imposed by any location. Participation in games and contests is optional.

Recommended stops; independent businesses. Businesses listed on an event map or suggested schedule are recommended stops, not necessarily event sponsors, partners, or affiliated or participating locations. They operate independently and may be unaware of the event. Normal venue prices, availability, capacity limits, age/ID requirements, dress codes, hours, service policies, and other rules apply. No drink or food specials are promised or guaranteed. Locations, map entries, and suggested schedules may change without notice.

Express Check-In. Eligible ticket holders access the event through Express Check-In using a compatible internet-connected mobile device while physically in the designated event area. Verification may depend on the purchaser email or other order information, device location permissions, browser cookies, and the requirements displayed during check-in. Ticket delivery and confirmation formats vary by purchase channel; the applicable purchase confirmation and event instructions govern. Unless an event states otherwise, Express Check-In is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM local time on the event date.

Maps, schedules, and digital charms. Routes and schedules are recommendations, not required guided itineraries. Digital geo-charms are virtual features, not physical prizes or merchandise. Location-based features use the device’s available location information and may be affected by signal strength, device settings, and other technical limitations. The regular Event Prize Wheel does not require collecting digital charms or purchasing a ticket. Bonus Event Prize Wheels have separate requirements as stated above.

Contests and prizes. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific promotion, advertised event prize pools and quantities are shared across all eligible cities for the applicable event date and are not provided separately for each city. Participation does not guarantee a prize. An individual contest announcement may state additional rules, prizes, deadlines, eligibility, and winner-notification instructions; in the event of a conflict, the more specific published contest terms apply to that contest, subject to applicable law.

Social-media promotions. Winners may be announced in comments and contacted through the same social-media platform used for entry, as specified in the promotion. Do not provide payment credentials to anyone claiming you have won. Social-media platforms do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or otherwise associate with our promotions unless expressly stated in the specific promotion.

Prize delivery and claims. Prizes are subject to verification of eligibility and entry validity. Gift cards, tickets, and discounts are generally delivered electronically to the validated email address or through the applicable contest platform, as indicated in the specific contest. For social-media contests, unless a contest announcement states a different response window, winners must contact Do The Crawl through the applicable platform within 72 hours following the event. Winners must claim and validate prizes within six (6) calendar months of the initial prize notification; unclaimed prizes may be forfeited subject to applicable law. This six-month claim period does not establish an expiration date for a gift card already issued to a winner. Taxes, if any, are the winner’s responsibility.

Amazon gift cards. Amazon.com gift cards awarded as prizes are subject to Amazon’s applicable terms, restrictions, and redemption policies. Do The Crawl is an independent event organizer; its promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Amazon.com, and no affiliation is implied. Do The Crawl is not responsible for Amazon’s independent acts, omissions, policies, or service availability, except as required by applicable law. These terms do not alter any obligations imposed on Do The Crawl by applicable law or agreements with third parties.

Participation and safety. All Do The Crawl pub crawl events are for guests age 21 or older. Bring an acceptable valid government-issued photo ID; individual venues determine admission and service. No alcohol purchase or consumption is required to enjoy the event. Follow all laws and venue rules, including restrictions on outside alcohol and open containers. Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation.

Weather, accessibility, and changes. Events generally proceed rain or shine, subject to safety considerations. Walking distances, sidewalks, and venue accessibility vary by location; contact individual businesses directly about access needs. Venue availability and event features may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Free wheel entry and location verification. A purchase is not required to enter either the standard Event Prize Wheel or the Bonus Event Prize Wheel. Each has a direct entry link and its own stated operating hours. Entry and prize claims are subject to the wheel’s age, location, and eligibility checks. A device-reported position must satisfy the one-mile radius requirement measured from the first recommended location on the applicable city event map. Location readings are approximate, may vary by device and surrounding conditions, and are subject to the wheel’s configured verification methods.

Technology and service interruptions. Games, prize wheels, Express Check-In, maps, digital charms, and social-media entry may require a compatible charged device, working browser, reliable internet or cellular service, location services, cookies, and access to third-party platforms. Standard data or carrier charges may apply. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Do The Crawl is not responsible for failures, delays, inaccurate device-location readings, outages, interruptions, lost connectivity, failed submissions, or incompatibilities arising from participant devices, telecommunications networks, GPS providers, browsers, third-party software, hosting services, or other circumstances outside Do The Crawl’s reasonable control. Do The Crawl may investigate documented technical issues and determine an appropriate remedy, if any, in accordance with applicable law and the published promotion rules. Nothing in this provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Tickets, changes, and cancellations. Ticket sales, transfers, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the purchase terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law. Event notices and official instructions will be posted on DoTheCrawl.com and/or communicated to purchasers through their purchase channel. Policies may vary by event or purchase provider.

Legal eligibility. Promotions are void where prohibited. Nothing in these rules limits any non-waivable consumer rights or legal protections. The standard Event Prize Wheel is available without ticket purchase or Express Check-In through the direct link and requirements stated above. The Bonus Event Prize Wheel also provides the free direct-entry method and eligibility conditions stated above. No-purchase participants receive the same odds and prize opportunities as participants who unlock a wheel through the digital-charm experience, subject to the same event restrictions and available prize quantities.

Location Services and Event Activity Data

Location permission and event features. Certain event features—including Express Check-In, digital maps and schedules, GPS-based Geo Charms, prize wheels, and location-gated games or contests—may request access to your device’s location. If you choose to enable location services, Do The Crawl may receive your device-reported precise or approximate latitude and longitude, the associated city or venue, the date and time, IP address, browser or device information, and a protected or hashed reference associated with an eligible order or event session.

How location data is used. We use this information to verify that participants are physically present in an eligible event area, provide location-based event features, confirm prize eligibility, operate and improve the event, detect fraud or abuse, maintain event and check-in records, and document attendance or participation when responding to payment disputes or legal claims.

Your choices. Location access is optional and may be disabled through your browser or device settings. However, Express Check-In, Geo Charms, location-restricted prize wheels, maps, contests, or other location-based features may not work—or may provide limited functionality—when location access is unavailable, inaccurate, or disabled.

Public and private records. Public-facing dashboards and historical summaries use aggregated or anonymized activity information and do not display attendee email addresses, order references, or precise coordinates. More detailed event-activity records are restricted to authorized administrators and service providers who need them to operate or protect the service.

Retention. Detailed non-check-in location and engagement records are retained only for the configured operational and dispute-management period, currently up to 540 days by default, and are then automatically removed. Aggregated historical statistics that do not identify an attendee may be retained longer. Successful check-in, transaction, and attendance-verification records may be retained separately for as long as reasonably necessary for event operations, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback or legal disputes, and compliance with applicable law.

Sharing and sale. Do The Crawl does not sell precise location information. Information may be disclosed to vendors that help operate the website or event, payment and dispute-resolution providers, professional advisers, or government authorities when reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, resolve a dispute, or comply with law.
